In this module, you'll learn about Git. We'll introduce you to some Git essentials and help you with projects. You'll also learn how to use Git to manage your code. With Git, you can create an entire website, manage the source code and even check your commit history.

Projects
Each project is designed to deepen and solidify your theoretical and conceptual understanding.
Collect, Store and Display Student Records
Build an application to collect, store and display student records. You'll understand how the four basic database operations (create, read, update and delete) work. You'll also get familiar with Mongoose, API standards and design.
File Upload and Download
In this project, learn to use different extensions to process form data and handle files; you'll also understand static file hosting, MIME types, and other headers.
Shopping Site APIs
In this project, you'll learn to use Shopping Site APIs for search, filtering with query parameters, and creating, editing and deleting products. You'll also master complex API design and project structuring.
Login System
In this project you'll learn to use JWP and middleware. You'll also master Passport.js, an authentication middleware for Node. Along the way, you'll understand authentication, grasp middleware for code reusability and learn to remember users.
Add Seller and Buyer Accounts to the Shopping Site
Using APIs add seller and buyer accounts to a shopping site. Allow sellers to edit their products; enable users to search and browse through products and set up their account profile.
